Noble Ice Cream received further recognition when Minister Dara Calleary, the Minister for Rural and Community Development, paid a visit to An Chistin Food Hub in Castlerea during a tour of the region.
The Minister met with co-founders Alexander and Juliya Kuzminova, tasted the product range, and praised the couple's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality. "This is exactly the kind of enterprise we want to see thriving in rural Ireland," Minister Calleary said.
The visit was covered extensively by local media, with a full feature article published in the regional press. The piece detailed Noble's origins — from crafting premium, all-natural ice cream in a home kitchen in Odesa, Ukraine, to establishing a fully EU-certified production facility in Ireland's West.
The newspaper article highlighted Noble's core philosophy: 100% organic milk and cream, no artificial additives, and a commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly packaging. It also noted the company's growing presence across Roscommon and the surrounding hinterland, supplying local cafes, restaurants, health food shops, and retailers.
Also present at the event were Fr. John McManus, tourism officer Lisa Joy, and Harry Keegan, all of whom sampled Noble's signature flavours. The community's enthusiastic response reflects the growing pride in locally produced, artisan food.
The coverage is another affirmation that Noble's story resonates beyond the product itself. It speaks to themes of resilience, fresh starts, community support, and the power of quality craftsmanship — values that are at the heart of the brand.
